Located in a secure residence with an elevator, just 50 meters from the beach, this 35 m² apartment boasts a prime location close to shops, restaurants, and summer activities. Fully furnished and air-conditioned, it can accommodate up to 6 people. You'll find a bedroom with a double bed, a sleeping alcove at the entrance with bunk beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. The main room has a television and opens onto a bright, enclosed loggia, perfect for meals or relaxing while enjoying a pleasant sea view. The bedroom also offers a sea view, so you can wake up to the Mediterranean. The kitchenette is fully equipped for your comfort: refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and complete set of dishes. You will also have a washing machine and a mini dishwasher integrated into the kitchen cabinetry. Free parking spaces are available near the residence for your convenience.
