This incredible accommodation is located in a luxury residential complex about 500 metres from the centre of Funchal. In addition to its beautiful surroundings this accommodation also offers access to the condominium's private pool and gym (in the same building and available for an extra fee).The flat is very well lit due to its sun exposure granted by the generous balcony. This is ideal for meals, leisure or even for a nice time outside. The balcony is common to both the master bedroom, living room and also to the laundry area and kitchen.The master bedroom is ideal for a couple as it has a queen size bed and plenty of storage space. The living room can accommodate an adult or even two children. Still in this area we have a small and practical dining area. The only existing bathroom is accessible for every client when staying here with us.Finally the kitchen is fully equipped and prepared so that you have a very comfortable stay. Coffee machine, dishwasher and oven are just some of the features you will find here. To help you with your daily chores, the accommodation has a laundry room with washing machine, iron and clothesline.When visiting Madeira Island we always advise you to rent a car as you can easily explore the whole Island. For your safety, the accommodation offers a parking space in the building's garage and also several free parking spaces in the surrounding area if you have family or friends visiting. If you choose not to rent a car, you will find a bus stop at about 70 meters from the apartment that connects directly to the city centre. Funchal is a must visit for all those who come to the Island as you have the colourful Lavradores Market, the famous Old Town and also the pleasant Avenida do Mar.But Madeira doesn't stop at Funchal. With such a central location you can easily visit other areas of the island, such as the romantic area of Monte, the picturesque town of Câmara de Lobos or the inviting Lido area.If you want to explore the greenest part of the island, you can't miss Rabaçal, where you will find the emblematic Levada das 25 Fontes, Ribeiro Frio known as the heart of the Laurissilva or even Ponta de São Lourenço, the most arid and dry area as it is the oldest part of Madeira.There are so many activities for you to get to know Madeira like a real local.
