Fantastic location for skiing at Furano - we walked to the ski area in leas than 5 minutes from the chalet and we’re able to ski back to the door of the chalet at the end of the day. Very communicative and helpful staff.

Great place to stay for Furano ski vacation.
This was a GREAT place to stay during our short Furano ski vacation. It was very spacious, and we were very close to the Kitanomine gondola. It is almost ski-in, ski-out. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the huge tub provided a very relaxing soak after skiing. English speaking staff were always available to answer our questions. We would definitely come again.

The hotel was great, really spacious and very western style accommodation. Conviniently located a short walk to the base of the Kitanomine Gondola. The staff were really friendly and spoke good English, they were also happy to pick us up when we arrived and drive us into town for dinner throughout our stay.

Ample size and quiet location. It was quite literally a home away from home. Due to the larger size, housekeeping took much longer. And you could hear your neighbors next door if they were loud enough.

Wonderful view, very spacious and very clean. Very quiet ad very ideal for family vacations. Easy check-in and check-out. Was very pleasantly surprised that there was cleaning every day. We stayed in the one bedder; please note bed is made up of 2 single beds that are joined together. Kitchen was fully equipped - rice cooker, microwave, pots and pans ... If you are travelling with young kids, please exercise caution as the stairs leading to level 2 (kitchen, bath room, living room) are quite steep. Do note that the sun rises quite early and blinds are not "black out" which allows light to seep through. Overall an enjoyable stay except for the 4am wake-ups due to the morning sun light.

Very convenient location. It is about a 5 min walk, through the ski resort parking lot to get to the gondola ticket office. You can almost ski to the front door by taking a trail above the gondola parking lot. You end up with maybe a 2 min walk to your front door. The bedrooms are a little tight, but the living area and loft are very spacious.

民宿職員有主動查詢到達時間，但我有註明4點半到達，也準時到達，也沒有人接待，另外，由於我們是外國人，不懂入日文地址，一般情況入電話號碼可以直接出現地址，但他們的電話號並沒有顯示，短訊查詢也不獲回覆。另外，職員也沒有告之checkout安排，到checkout時也沒有職員，職員似乎不太懂表達，久經瞭解才知道鎖匙只需放在民宿內，如果之前checkin時多作瞭解，可以節省大家時間。
