We booked a twin room. This was well proportioned and a generous size.
The room had tea and coffee facilities. There was a fridge and safe. The room was cleaned daily and supplies topped up.
We booked breakfast. This was a popular choice and on both occasions they were unable to seat us in the restaurant as it was full, so we were taken to a sister hotel around the corner. Other than needing to leave the premises the breakfast experience at the other hotel was excellent both in terms of service and the range of food on offer, Would recommend.
The staff in the hotel were very friendly.
The lift broke down during our stay. This happens but on our departure day no help was offered with our cases.
The hotel arranged a taxi to the airport. This worked well. It was a fixed price and the driver was on time.
The location of the hotel in the old town is excellent. We were in walking distance of the main square. There were plenty of shops and places to eat to cater for all tastes.
Krakow has history and culture in abundance. We visited churches, museums and the castle in our short stay and all within walking distance.
Would recommend this hotel if visiting Krakow as our overall experience was very good.
