Nestled on a peaceful cul-de-sac, this beachfront home is waiting for your family and friends, just steps from the Gulf of Mexico. The property boasts an expansive oceanfront deck with breathtaking views that will leave you speechless. A private walkway leads directly to the beach for endless fun in the sun. Rinse off under the refreshing outdoor shower, then fire up the charcoal grill for a memorable cookout under the stars. This idyllic escape promises unforgettable moments by the shore.

● Beach access: The home is located about 20 yards from the neighborhood boardwalk over the dunes and down to the beach.



● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.



● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.



● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.



● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 15 guests must be approved prior to booking.



● Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.



Step through the door and climb the stairs to discover the inviting main living space. A plush sectional sofa with throw pillows faces a mounted flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights or afternoon naps. Warm light fills the room from expansive windows showcasing breathtaking ocean views. Nautical touches and recessed lighting complete the coastal ambiance. Slip off your flip-flops and sink into comfort!



The well-designed kitchen boasts ample counter space and sleek cabinetry – ideal for whipping up delicious meals. Two open pass-through windows to the dining area provide extra seating and a perfect spot for sharing breakfast or evening cocktails. The spacious dining room, with its vaulted ceiling and elegant chandelier, sets the stage for memorable gatherings. A convenient powder room and laundry nook are tucked away just around the corner.



The main floor primary suite offers a tranquil retreat with a king-size bed and crisp linens. A vaulted ceiling adds to the airy feel, and sliding doors provide access to a shared deck overlooking the quiet cul-de-sac. The ensuite bathroom features a tub/shower combination and a single vanity. Another bedroom on this floor boasts two queen-size beds and an ensuite bath, along with access to a private balcony.



Head up the curved staircase to discover another inviting living space on the landing. This cozy area features a sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a built-in bunk bed, perfect for extra guests. Off the landing, a bedroom awaits with a queen-size bed, triple-stacked twin bunks, and a delightful balcony offering stunning gulf views. Another bedroom boasts two queen-size beds housed in charming antique frames and access to the beachfront balcony. For larger groups, a dedicated bunk room with two sets of triple-stacked twin-over-full bunks provides ample sleeping arrangements.



When it`s time to unwind, head to the expansive back deck. Linger over morning coffee with a view or relax with a glass of wine after dinner, all while listening to the calming sounds of the waves. A convenient boardwalk leads directly to the sandy beach for endless fun in the sun. Downstairs, a covered space awaits with a charcoal grill for creating delicious meals, an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach, and a cornhole set for some friendly competition. Here, on the Texas coast, you`ll discover your own `happy place` - a place that beckons you to return year after year.

This house was wonderful for its layout, the spacious interior, location, proximity to beach, proximity to boardwalk, great views, and large deck space with plenty of furniture. We greatly enjoyed our stay because of these features. However, the charcoal grill is nonfunctional, the upper deck has disintegrated boards and animal feces, the main deck is functional, but has gaps as well as nails sticking up, the icemaker does not work, there is a large fire ant problem making the yard completely unusable, the inside flooring gave us splinters on two separate occasions during a three day stay, the upstairs flooring is missing pieces, and the Internet is very slow. The overall feel of the house is that it was an old house that a few cosmetic renovations were cheaply done to make it more marketable. In spite of all this, the pros far outweigh the cons and we would rent this property again because of the phenomenal beach access and views.

I do not recommend this home. Rotten wood right outside of kitchen area, the air filters were completely covered with brown dust, I've never seen more disgusting filters and had to remove them and install new ones. Beds mattresses are horrible, sunk in and both my wife and I were forced to sleep on the couch due to the hip and back pain. There are padlocks on both doors to balcony which would def seem to be a fire escape issue not to mention one door doesn't even close/lock so hot air is continually coming in. We found tons of womans black hair in the shower downstairs. We checked out a day early, we simply couldn't stay any longer. BeachBox is the property management company and did their best to try and help but will not call and just text you back and forth which is poor service in my opinion. I had to reset the GFCI in kitchen as well since the kitchen sink was completely stopped up and smelt horrible. I got it working after resetting the breaker but come on....I'm the guest! I don't feel this house is ready for renting in my opinon. Rotten wood floors, padlocked doors and mattresses are absolutely horrible...needs work for sure.

The owner, Beach Box and Vrbo intentionally misled me by including features that they KNEW were not available. Worse, they ignore, delayed or wouldn’t answer my requests to resolve it for 4 DAYS!. The day clearly says queen bedroom has “delightful balcony offering stunning golf views” and “another bedroom boasts access to beachfront balcony”. BOTH were padlocked prior to our stay. That is why I chose this house. And your refusal to address this is an attempt to hide that fact. Additionally, the deck had dozens of nails sticking up, causing injuries to me and guests. We pounded them down daily with a wrench (no hammer) which didn’t help. In light of the lies about balconies and dangerous deck there should be a significant refund applied. I plan to report the false features listing to the TAGs office.
