In a former vineyard which extends over 2 hectares, very pretty house of 100 m² in a former cellar renovated in 2017, surrounded by vineyards, 5 minutes from ST TROPEZ, comfortable for 8 people, it includes on the ground floor 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and toilet, upstairs living room with open kitchen very well equipped all overlooking the terrace, 1 bedroom and bathroom, toilet, 1 bedroom mezzanine
Opportunity to enjoy the beautiful heated pool and shared with 3 other villas
Exceptional location close to beaches, ports (Port Grimaud and Marine Cogolin) and shops
Linens (sheets, towels and kitchen towels) and cleaning are included in the rent
Parking and carport
WEEKEND RATE 600 € except July and August
