Fantastic property in the middle of the historic bit / Chinatown. The place looks like it’s been newly refurbished to a high standard. The staff were super attentive and the location couldn’t be better.

I love the architecture of this hotel and the traditional feelings about it. The staffs are nice, they bought me my breakfast because of covid 19 and it was so pleasing. Enjoyed my stay here and will definitely repeat again.

Excellent location. No elevator which could be a problem for people with mobility issues or heavy luggage. Room safe didnt work and didnt get fixed during my stay. for the cost one might be able to find something better.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are updated. Front counter staff is so nice. He made me enjoy the trip and appreciate the city. I visited 3 countries during this visit all staying 4 star + hotel. This is surprisingly the best!!!! (Versus Lotte hotel in korea and regal airport hotel in hk)
