The man at the reception refused to change the room and told us all the room are the same.He give us another room card to keep the air cond running while we go out for dinner. After 3 hours, we come back and the room is still warm. The night shift staff speak foul language when we ask to change to another room. Also he trick us to go up and down 3 times to change the card/pouch/breakfast coupon tjen change another room for.us. We have over 20 years experience of travelling and never see something like this before. Breakfast food and service good. But the cleaning very bad: I asked for room cleaning once only in 5 days but nothing was cleaned: not the bathroom, nor the tables and glasses; they only changed the sheets and towels. As for the guy at the reception, he was a real useless jerk, making mistakes all the time: wrong dates on my breakfast tickets and failing to extend my stay as I had requested, and never ever apologizing. ##### traveler
