“Bonjour, Je souhaite exprimer toute ma gratitude pour l’accueil et la qualité de service lors de mon séjour au Sofitel Essaouira Mogador Golf & Spa. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillies avec une grande chaleur humaine. Je tiens à citer particulièrement Oumaima à l’accueil, qui a été tout simplement extraordinaire : bienveillante, empathique, avec un sourire sincère et une douceur qui marquent vraiment le client. Ce genre de professionnalisme et de délicatesse laisse une empreinte……
