“Fabulous property! Extremely well stocked from the bedrooms, to the kitchen, and outdoor space! Our group had a blast from being outside and using the paddle boards and canoe, to being around the kitchen island talking and eating! Would absolutely stay here again! Jodi was a great host!”

“Codax retreat was a fantastic home for our family of 14 people (ages 2-60). We did have to get creative with sleeping situations with kids as some of the sleeping areas are in the loft which is very open. We comfortably slept 8 adults in beds and 2 kids in the bunk beds. The other four kids slept on kid air mattresses (not provided). The 2.5 bathrooms were great to have. The open space was great and the garage - the kids LOVED. “Very nice accommodations with nice surroundings by the river. It was so quiet at night and no nearby road traffic to bother either. We enjoyed visiting Timm's Hill and Big Falls County Parks, which were recommendations from our host. ”

“We stayed at this lovely home for three nights for a family event nearby. The house is as described and has everything you need for a quiet stay in the woods. We enjoyed our coffee on the deck in the mornings and lounging on the big comfy couch at night. We also enjoyed being right on the water but know that it is quite a few steps down to the dock.”

“We had a marvelous 3 night stay at the lake. Grill and kitchen were great for cooking. The lake is quiet and calm- very relaxing. The screened room was so nice to beat the afternoon sun and mosquitoes in the evening. Things to know: The area around the dock is not good for swimming. The stairs are steep and narrow. ”
