"Unfortunately we were next door to a very loud young couple, who were extremely noisy, laughing, cackling and moving furniture till early hours of the morning. So very little sleep was had. Just our bad luck! I was so looking forward to staying at the Hotel, and it was ruined!"

"We got there in the middle of winter so it was very cold, and the weather was terrible. However, when the sun came out it improved. The fire heaters are a bit inadequate for heating in the dead o winter but should be suitable for the rest of the year. Otherwise, it was clean and reasonably well equipped. ..."

"The location was excellent. Conveniently located within walking distance to Katoomba's cafes. Was cosy and comfortable for our short stay. Parking was the only small issue, the off street parking wasn’t available for the whole trip and the street parking was quite busy"
