Firstly, there is no reception - just an automated machine that provides a key card. "The property is pretty close to the city center by the opera house where you can find lots of shops and restaurants. I like its location because it’s tucked away enough that it’s quiet. The building on the outside is lovely with a courtyard to hang out in. The inside is up to date and clean. I would describe this as a more laid back version of a hotel, nothing like the chains. But it is charming. It is close to tram lines and the train (I did not take the train). It is a 20 minute drive to the airport by car/taxi. The staff I interacted with were friendly."
