"the room I stayed in was very dirty, the carpet felt very sandy and full of hair, there were stains of dubious origin on the walls, the bed was quite uncomfortable and noisy, the sofa bed was very old, uncomfortable and outdated, nothing to do with the photos shown online, the TV did not work well, it's incredible how in 2025 they don't have smart TVs, the staff was not the best but it was not bad either, it was average, all night you could hear in the next room how they opened and closed a sliding door every 4 or 5 seconds and I'm not lying when I say it was all night and when I asked the hotel staff about that noise they didn't know how to answer me or know the origin and the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, I don't understand how it is possible that they have the refrigerators where they have the yogurt, milk and those things locked. I had already stayed at this hotel on several occasions and they had been good experiences, but this last one made me realize that the hotel is getting old and they don't renew the things that need to change so that it continues to be comfortable and attractive for the client. I definitely will not stay here again, there being many better options not far from there."
