“Property offered convenience due to its location, but that’s about it. We spent 4 nights here, and everything was questionable from the very beginning. The rug in the living room and carpets throughout the house were severely dirty and can use some deep cleaning. The rug had curled corners which caused us to trip a few times. The stair railing had a missing post which makes us further question the safety of this place. Also, occupancy certificate posted by front door expired 8/2023, something……

“This was a great condo in a very nice area. Super clean, wonderfully equipped with all the essentials and more. Wonderful view, comfortable spaces, bathrooms and kitchen were amazing. This was perfect for us (a couple and our 4 year old daughter).Our host, Jess, was great and very responsive to my questions and requests. I would like to stay in this property in a future visit to Denver!”
