“Our visit can only be described as comical. We booked a room with a kitchen, never saw one. Apparently our booking had been taken when they were full. There were language barriers which contributed to our issues ok but we ended up in a room that was not fit for purpose. Internet was spasmodic, the shower was broken, we only managed one hot shower each across 3 days. The bathroom door was broken meaning it could not be closed. “El hotel no tiene nada que ver con las foyos publicadas, habitaciones sucias pero afortunadamente nos cambiaron de habitacion. Realmente lo que salva al hotel es lo serviacial de todo el staf, los chicos del restautante, recepcion etc se llevan el credito.”
