“ Nestled in a quiet cove just minutes from Mitchell’s Point Marina, this lakefront property offered everything we needed. Two levels allowed privacy for us and our adult son. Breakfast on the deck, a dock for our boat, hot tub to close out the day and comfortable beds. The property was just as advertised and communication with the owners was timely and attentive. Smith Mountain Lake offers such beauty with the clear water & beautiful mountain scapes. Bruno’s is a must for a delicious meal and……

“The house was beautiful with an amazing view. Spent a long of time on the dock swimming in the clean, clear lake and sitting by the pool. Would definitely come back!”

“Our family loved this home so much. Very clean, great signage and thoughtful personal touches throughout. The gravel path to lake was quite steep so beware. Unfortunately had some stink bug issues in the master bathroom, but .. the amount of fun with the dart board, dock and hot tub made it worth jt! We would return”

The house was great - plenty of bedrooms and baths for all, extra refrigerator and oven in the basement, darts, pool, and tv's, a spacious deck with large table and seating for all, a terrific dock for our boat, and two kayaks.
