Ants in the shower of my room. Terrible breakfast bar. Not refreshed, no coffee, eggs dried out and burned. No staff member was caring for the breakfast area or refilling any food options at 7:30. Not at the end of the breakfast hours even!

I’ve stayed here multiple times and this was by far the worst stay. I stayed on the 5th floor with my 2 boys in a premium room and it was unclean the sheets, flat surfaces just everything about this stay was horrible. The only bright spot was the staff doing the best they could giving I’m sure the many demands and accommodations they tried to make

The property was convenient as far as where we needed to be. There was easy access to all 3 universities, the mall, and restaurants. The room was cramped and the bathroom had a bad smell. The biggest issue was the toilet that rocked when you sat on it. Breakfast, however, was good and they did a good job of keeping it clean and stocked during the breakfast hours. Also, the people who worked checkin at the desk were very nice.

House keeping knocked on our door at 9:30, we got in late the previous night and was hoping to sleep in. In Che k out I let the front desk know and the lady working the computer was extremely nice. But the “supervisor” came from the back and was extremely rude and kept telling me it must’ve been someone else. By the time I was checking out I was over it but just wanted them to know house keeping came by before we even checked out. But the “supervisor” was completly rude about it.

The room was not cleaned the best. Dusty. Burned out bulbs, and not deeply cleaned. The property was WAY cleaner than our room. The housekeeping staff would loudly hang out and carry on outside our room. Very loud and very unprofessional. Total distraction.
