While we appreciated the maintenance staff's response, this was an issue that should have been identified and resolved before guests checked into the room. Additionally, despite asking, our empty body wash was never replenished during our entire 3-night stay. We also had dinner reservations at the Three Owls restaurant on Saturday evening.
