This beautiful apartment offers 100 m² of living space, including a 30 m² terrace directly on the surf and kite beach of El Médano. You will find two spacious bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, a bathroom, closet and guest toilet, as well as a large living room with a fully equipped open kitchen and dining area. The wind-protected terrace offers magnificent sea views, sun loungers and an outdoor dining area. The property offers free fiber optic Wi-Fi and is located in a very quiet area, ideal for remote work. Behind the apartment, there is a private storage room for sports equipment such as kites, sails, surfboards and bicycles. Assembled sails can be stored in the storage room.
