“Terrible experience: as soon as we got in we had to use the bathroom and unfortunately we didn't notice there was a big paddle of water due to a leaking water hose connected to the toilet and Guess what happened i slipped and fell on my back with legs split and my knee cut badly with the edge of the sink cabinet.... a small apology was presented however arguing that everything was inspected before arrival then we got switched to a smaller room however no compensation or sincere apology....the……
