“Wonderful location, with convenient access to the lake and many restaurants, bars, etc. My wife and I were able to go cross country skiing on frozen Grand Lake, which is just a few hundred feet away. Rental is very clean and modern throughout. The owner, Erick, is very kind and a good communicator. We had a great time and hope to return again soon!”

“This house was exactly as pictured and described: cozy, incredible views, spotless, and arguably the most well stocked kitchen of a vrbo home. It provided the perfect jumping off point to experience all of Grand Lake’s winter activities: ice fishing, RMNP, snowmobiling, ice skating. The check-in process was seamless and communication with the owner was timely and he was very responsive. We will absolutely be back to Grand Lake and, without hesitation, will stay here. Just a perfect mountain……

“We had a great time staying at the property. The cabin was comfortable and spacious. There was a bottle of wine waiting for us when we got there which was a nice touch! It was a cold weekend in February and the bathroom areas were a little cold, but nothing a hot shower couldn't fix!”

“Great stay -- had everything we needed for our week in RMNP. Well supplied, plenty of spices and staple food ingredients, long kitchen table had space for 10+ people! Cabin was turnkey: potbelly stove with plenty of firewood, small fans in the bedrooms for white noise, sleds for the hill behind the house, open kitchen with large pots and pans for large group cooking...and even a boot dryer. Loved it, we'll be back.”

“House was a perfect starting point for our group. Although there wasn’t enough snow to ride to the trails it was quick and easy to trailer. The house is absolutely stunning and well cared for. Well stocked kitchen and top of the line appliances kept us in each night cooking for the group. I was quite pleased to see the community has a zero tolerance for noise or any other obnoxious behavior listed right on the rules of the house. Nothing worse than loud neighbors. Would love to return one……

“We enjoyed the cabin and it provided well for all of us. We were able to seat 9 people around the dining room table and the kitchen was stocked with table wear and pots and pans. The cabin is located in a charming neighborhood and my husband and I enjoyed several walks around the lake. The golf course next door provided for some Nordic skiing and free sledding for the grandkids. Everyone enjoyed staying at the cabin.”

“Having a kitchen while visiting the mountains for an ice fishing trip is wonderful. We are able to save some money and spend it on activities around town. The road through the neighborhood, up to the cabin was well-maintained. Even getting 7 inches of snow overnight. It was cleared by midmorning the next day..
