“The house was great clean and everything worked. The main issue I had arise on my stay was noise from people in the basement suite. This was not detailed in the listing that the home would be shared with the basement suite as it is also rented out to people. The people that rented it were up late at night and had many people over making for restless night. Even the TV being on downstairs was loud from the bedroom I was sleeping in. “Our reservation was cancelled an hour before we were supposed to leave and head to the property, just 3 hours before check in. It was snowing but it wasn’t anything crazy, this is Colorado after all. When we received the notification of cancellation, it said it was due to “environmental impact”.
