“It was roomy and nice. Close to the Walmart and other things. It was a little strange with the owners things there. Like in the kids bedroom and then not really having a place to hang up clothes. But after about 4 days it was ok. ”

“Check in started out smooth. I was able to receive my check in code early which was a huge help for someone who flew all day and was rolling around luggage until I could get in. However, I was given a room that had not been cleaned yet. Dirty bed, dishes in the sink… it was clear it hadn’t been reset after the last guest. I spent an hour waiting on hold with support in order to move me to a new room. They bumped me up to a 2br but that did me no good since I was a solo traveler. I’d rather have……

“The property was in a great location. It is a duplex but couldn’t really hear the neighbors, which is great. And it is a tri-level house which may be good to make clear for those that may have accessibility issues. Upper floors were hard to keep cool with limitations on the thermostat but appreciated the available box fans. TV and internet were excellent.”
