“This is a lovely cottage with great amenities. The kitchen setup is really nice with full size fridge, 2 “burner” induction stovetop, microwave and toaster oven, French press coffee, pots & pans, utensils and plates, bowls, cups, glasses. Very comfortable bed. Perfect for a trip for two to Grass Valley.”

“Perfect three bedroom place with a roomy antique themed decor. Living room and kitchen were perfect. Centrally located downtown Foresthill near many halls and venues. Would have liked a second bathroom but great value for the price. ”

“Property had everything you need for an out of the way getaway in the mountains — little gems everywhere we looked. Need a hammock, they’ve got it; want to play an old or new album, yep a turntable too; and much more. Kitchen was great with coffee grinds ready and all. Kids loved the space for playing games and relaxing after a day out and about in the mountains. Master suite was away from kids rooms for a nice space to ourselves. Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the morning to yourselves...

“Hubby didn't like how the shower in the master bedroom didn't heat quickly as it should. Hot tub is more like a warm tub, but a GREAT hottub. 2 Bucket seat style areas and 1 that gets your hips real good with the pressure. Really good tub! Heat not super hot tho. The house was almost 90 degrees when we checked in. Itd be nice if it was programmed to be cool if the owner has control over that. BUT that is a big ask lol! I loved the place. My hubby had the issues. Home is BIG. My bro, friend and...
