Hotel com uma boa estrutura, mas em péssimo estado. O quarto com uma cortina que fazia nojo só de olhar. Em péssimo estado de conservação. As portas, de todos os quartos, batem muito ao fechar. O café da manhã foi bom. A água do chuveiro demora muitíssimo para esquentar. Enfim, o hotel precisa de uma boa administração.

Gostaria muito, que todos os serviços de hotelaria, tivesse uma olhar para os hóspedes que não estão com crianças... pelo amor de Deus, não estalem quem tem crianças em andares superiores, quem estão em baixo, não tem sossego... correm, arrastam móveis, jogam bola, batem, gritam etc. Infelizmente cada um com sua educação doméstica! Sofremos viu... aff Maria!

Hospedagem péssima
A estadia foi péssima, primeiro me colocaram em um quarto com infiltração, um cheiro terrível, solicitei mudança e fui atendido. Me disseram estamos lhe dando um Upgrade vamos lhe colocar em um quarto com varanda(para mim pouco importa), quando entrei no quarto me deparei com 03 camas, mas eu tinha reservado um quarto com 04 camas, ou seja, meu Upgrade foi trocar uma cama pela Varanda, alguém iria ter que dormir fora, novamente fomos até a recepção e disseram a minha esposa que ia ser colocado outra cama no quarto, não aceitei, pois se colocasse outra cama iria ficar muito apertado, mais uma vez fomos transferidos de quarto, esse sem infiltração e com 04 camas, mas nem tudo é perfeito, o ar-condicionado não tinha filtro e a maçaneta da porta do banheiro estava quebrada, solicitamos o reparo da maçaneta e o filtro, pois achamos que seria melhor esperar do que ir para outro quarto, não queríamos arriscar mais uma surpresa, estes serviços foram realizados, quase 24 horas depois de solicitados. Resumindo foi péssima a hospedagem

Estadia boa, porem por se tratar da virada do ano, o hotel não estava totalmente preparado, faltou prato no café da manhã e no jantar, bem como quando acabava o que estava servido, ou demorava muito para repor, ou não repunha. A piscina estava suja e com cerâmica soltando.
