Live the high life at these luxury properties
The room was nice and clean. The service was great. But WIFI didn't work in some area of the room.
The only thing I would change about this room is the coffee maker needs to be easily operated. This room had a professional type coffee maker but no instructions on how to use.
Cutest little hotel, great amenities and the staff was nothing short of perfection. We especially loved Cornelius.
History of the building and role in San Francisco Developement. Well located near Chinatown and the financial district Good restaurants nearby. Right on trolley line
Fantastic staff, friendly yet unfussy service. I can't believe how many of them remembered our names!
The hotel staff is very attentive and the location couldn’t be better. The rooms have an understated elegance with very comfortable beds.
Location! Friendly and courteous staff. Very comfortable room.
A great place to stay and a great location. A wonderful bar and snug to enjoy a wonderful drink and satisfy your appetite.
Housekeeping not crisp. Had to call down a couple of times to fix things, slow service in bar area and a lot of staff look unhappy (except for the front desk). Overall a nice property with free access to Equinox but many of the staff not in “Four Seasons” mode.
Clean, staff are friendly ,amenities good, didn’t like were my room is located , it was street leve I can hear hear people talking when they pass my room,l when garbage truck pick up garbage, was awakened by the noise of the garbage truck, can’t go back to sleep. Don’t have a good sleep, that part ...
Location, spacious suites, quick valet and friendly staff.
No entertainment after dinner, only one restaurant open while I was there.
This was a very beautiful place. You can't get any closer to the ocean. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and the staff was great.
Nice quiet area with good facilities close by and great walk along waterfront. Two bedroom apartment was lovely, well laid out for a family of six , beds were fabulous. Highly recommended.
The property is beautiful !! The room is spacious and so clean. Great service from the staff answering all my question desires and needs.
The hotel is beautiful with old architecture and was grand in its hey day. Staff was friendly. My room was great, clean, pretty, quiet (and the hotel was full!). However, the neighborhood is awful! Homelessness abounds and there are not any good restaurants nearby, not the fault of the hotel but ...
Perfect location! Great staff! Nice rooms. Love the big mirrors in the room
The elevator took 30 minutes to get to your room because of the rooftop bar and no easy stair access.
