Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different. “Room Room was tidy and good; well equipped except there is no hair dryer. Even we requested for hairdryer a couple of times, it never appeared throughout our 4-days stay. No bottled water in room. Booking before I booked a room for 2, asked for twin bed at time of booking as I was travelling with my parent. The hotel replied with 2 upgrade options, both available only at nearly doubled price. “The property is attractive, room was lovely and clean, grounds were appealing and we had a room with French doors leading outside with a small table and chairs outside which was great for breakfast etc. There is a kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal which is a bonus if you fancy self catering.
