很有設計感很美的公寓型飯店，廚房洗碗機洗衣機都有，電視是Samsung的可直接Chromecast，簡直就像是在劍橋的小公寓。飯店樓下走一分鐘就是巴士站，可以搭U1, U1號線去市區，不過這個巴士的路線稍微繞一點就是了。附近就有Sansbury's超市、披薩店，非常方便。 小缺點是沒有方便化妝的地方，浴室光線太暗了。床中間微微凹陷要適應一下。

We stayed here over a very busy May Day Bank Holiday. While we found hotel parking a bit pricey, we opted to park in the Premier Inn up the road, which was a convenient walk or a quick e-bike/scooter ride away. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen, and the property was generally clean, though the bathroom did have some minor mould and water staining. While the check-in staff were a bit distant (neglecting to mention the local bus service), the real issue was the climate control. The air conditioning was broken, leaving the room uncomfortably hot, and a noisy fan that couldn't be turned off resulted in three nights of poor sleep. When we raised this, we were only offered a portable fan. We might consider staying again, but we’d definitely explore other options first.

The room had potential to be very nice, but unfortunately, the cleanliness was very disappointing. On top of that, the kitchen, one cupboard was missing a handle, and another wouldn’t close properly. The bathroom itself is modern and features a spacious shower, but it hadn’t been cleaned properly, and the shower gel was nearly empty. The location isn’t very convenient unless you have a car, although there is a lovely coffee shop nearby, a couple of restaurants, and a supermarket.

From check in to check out everything was perfect. Lovely clean room, comfy bed and great shower/bathroom. Queries re amenities were dealt with immediately over the phone by reception staff who were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

The accomodation was lovely, the beds were really comfortable, and the staff were always friendly & helpful. We knew parking might be challenging, but we were able to park easily overnight in street parking for minimum fee. It was a bit sad that the in-house restaurant and bar closed in November, the Star man restaurant next door at Hyatt centric was nice & all the staff worked together to help us & make sure we enjoyed our stay.
