Ive traveled all over the country and overseas and this is the WORST excuse for a hotel I e ever seen! Room is absolutely filthy. I had to scrub filthy grime off the remote before using it. Lampshades are falling apart. Carpet is gross, and there is no closet or mangers. The room doesn’t have a PHONE, Furniture looks about 75 years old and torn, scratched and falling apart!! Sheets have stains! I will be asking for a complete refund!!

No ice, very noisy neighbors no help from desk, elevator not working, ladies at desk no English, filthy breakfast area, no coffee, waffle iron not usable because stuck food, no tables wiped off, no oil spray for other waffle iron, no response when we asked for anything, 4 women who were suppose to be helping sitting on gloor in entry way....this place should be closed up. I complained b4 with no response.

This place seemed to be on the sketchier side of town. The staff was super friendly. The breakfast consisted of waffles and cereal only. Parking was fine we just worried about out what would happen to our vehicles during the night. Nothing happened. Our room had clean sheets and looked clean but there was some things we noticed like blood spots on the lamp shades and a crack in the window. The room was very small and there seemed to be quite a few people who lived there. It wasn't a bad stay just, we just felt unsafe and uneasy.

There were hole in the sheets and towels, the pillows weren't real pillows and were horrible, everything was dirty and nasty, there was so much noise all night and I thought someone going to come in my room and didnt sleep at all. It was just horrible and i would request a refund if it was possible! Never recommending anyone stay there ever! My son goes to school at unc and plan on making a lot of visits but will never dtay there again!

Offers very little, hence the price. Went to breakfast at 0530, still setting up with door locked. returned 0535. Same. Allowed in at 0545 and the waffle machine wasn't working. That's half the breakfast, that and cereal that sticks together in the machine. Coffee is only available at breakfast, so I chowed down on that. Rooms are noisy, even without the AC or heat on it still clicks. But is still one of the cheapest, what can I say?

Extremely disappointed customer

Experience was not good at all. Service was poorest. The receptionist did not return my driving license after check in. They did not even inform me even while I was checking out. We drove down next day morning almost 2 hrs before I realised that. Drove back 2 hrs to collect the license. Very very poor service.

The staff was friendly and excellent generally. I only had issue with one person working the front desk who hid instead of helped us early in the morning. I think they may have just been tired and ending an overnight shift. The people were great. But the property was not as advertised. There was no fitness room. Breakfast was waffles or cereal. There were holes in our bathroom door from someone punching it. The first day the comforter felt grungy, but it was fixed and laundered by day 2. The neighbors were too loud and chaotic. Lots of pooping animals outdoors, and trash was pushed under our minivan overnight. It was okay overall. Most of the positives were that the staff was excellent. Police were circling the motel one night, and it seemed like there may have been a big reason from the way some of the tenants were reacting.

Reserved a room with a king bed was given a room with two double beds. Room was small, no closet to hang clothes. Shower was small and awkward, hair dryer didn't work. Breakfast items very limited, cereal and waffles. Room was pretty disappointing, was glad we didn't spend much time in it. Would not recommend this motel to anyone.

I called to make sure my daughter could check in before making the reservation, after being told yes and paying for the room. No one said anything about extra fees to check in. Then the room was nasty, not clean at all. Staff wouldn't give her the deposit that they required when she checked in. So the room as $130 instead of the $77 I already paid!! Such crap THEN NO Breakfast!! It had said breakfast in the website.
