Kitchen & Dining: Unleash your creativity in the tremendous chef's kitchen, fully equipped with full-size LG stainless steel appliances (full-size oven plus countertop Ninja oven, fridge with dual ice makers, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker). Enjoy casual meals at the kitchen island (4 stools) or al fresco at the outdoor picnic table.

Climate Control: Enjoy perfect comfort with a split system AC unit in every room for independent temperature control, complemented by ceiling fans.

Entertainment: Relax in the family room with a 75" Smart TV for streaming, plus a TV in the bedroom. All TVs use fast, reliable Starlink Wi-Fi.

Guest Convenience & Safety
Linens: We provide extra sets of clean bedding for every bed (including the pull-out sofa) and a wide variety of towels (bath, hand, washcloths, and beach towels).

Parking: Ample golf cart parking is available right at the house in the driveway/parking pad.

Safety: The unit is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher. A First Aid Kit is located in the bathroom vanity.
