“Incredibly nice place to stay. Had my elderly parents with me that can’t get around like they use to. This place was perfect for them. No big stairs and the amenities were perfect for them. Especially that shower. We had a huge amount of family in for a wedding and the would come and visit my dad/mom and everyone was so impressed by the property. Everything was thought of! “We wanted an easy place within walking distance of campus and this casita was perfect. Listing was accurate and communication very smooth. We were a bit surprised by the small size of the alley access and parking - our minivan just fit within the gate. But once we had been in and out a few times we were comfortable.”

“Visited Tucson for college baseball games. Rental was just off Broadway a main East-West street. Lots of restaurants. Bathroom a little small but everything else was great.”

“Breakfast choices were just fair, room was not cleaned Sunday, no ice in ice makers, took long time to get hot water in the shower, water in sinks were smoke color,”

“This is not as it's represented. Countryside is not having a HIGHWAY outside your door. This is a Red Lion motel. Very noisy. TV didn't work, had to play with the cords/button to view. Shower stall grout was ugly... between black,gray. On the otherside of the shower, in the sleeping area, the water stains on the floor were rusty. Walking around in the room with my bare feet, they were black when I wanted to get into bed. I had to clean my feet again before getting into bed. The room……

“The listing pictures looked nothing like the actual property. It is an unsafe neighborhood with loud music throughout the night. We were locked out every time we left and had to get new keys not to mention a small annoyance of no tv remote in the room. Will not stay here again. The property managers communicated well but that was it. I wish we would have kept our reservation at the Hampton.”

“Linda was great! Her communications were proactive and very considerate. The place was immaculate. Great design and use of the space. Exactly what we were looking for (for comparison purposes) as we are here on a scouting trip considering Great Valley as a place to retire and looking at smaller condos/townhomes to buy. The most amazing thing: the view of the Santa Rita mountains!! Priceless!”

“We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. It is in a great location—close to shopping and hiking opportunities. It is only a 7 minute walk to the beautiful Desert Meadows Park. We especially enjoyed the private, lovely landscaped backyard watching the hummingbirds and other species. I would definitely recommend this property!”

“It was good but did have trouble with key in lock and door knob sticking when trying to enter. Spike to property manager regarding the door and key. Otherwise everything was fine.”
