The downstairs neighbor who had the key, is a jewel, kind ,friendly and helpful. The owner was immediately responsive when I had a question. This was a good experience.”

“Overall we enjoyed our stay, It was cozy and smaller than expected but we didn't mind. The pool was nice and refreshing and you have a slight view of the beach. Property was clean and maintained. Its a very short drive to the Lexington and the little shops, you could walk but our gang was against it due to all the walking at the Lexington. Also a Short drive to HEB. Only thing was it smelled like mildew and we had to go buy Air fresheners to place throughout the unit because we all had headaches……

“The house was amazing and as detailed in the posting. Very close to the beach and all the happenings. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. Sitting on the porch was amazing and listening to the palm trees and ocean waves in the distance was very soothing and relaxing. The host was very easy to contact. The surprise waiting for us for the grand pup was a nice touch. Wish the weather would have been less windy and hotter to enjoy the pool more but this is Texas and it is……

“I had a group from work to pick up airport and take on a fishing excursion. I needed a location close to them and the pier. Brought my mom along to enjoy the beach. Short walk to the beach and nice boardwalk. Unit was very spacious and clean. Well decorated and huge patio. Large kitchen and loved to two sinks”

“We had a great time at this pet friendly beach house. You can hear the sound of the waves 24/7! The location to the beach was perfect. Quick walk and you are on the sand! Nice view from the house too. The kitchen was great for cooking dinners. The owner was very quick to answer questions and was super nice. We would definitely rent again.”
