Our stay at Villa Elisa could not have been better! They communicate well, the staff was extremely helpful, and the location was perfect. There is a bus stop literally right in front of the hotel, and they provide you with a guest mobility pass to have unlimited use of public transportation while you are there. In addition, unlike many hotels, the room is very large and they provide everything you need in the kitchen. Our family has people in ages ranging from teenager to senior citizen, and we all agreed it was a perfect spot to stay. If we go back to Salzburg, we would 100% stay here again!

The apartment we stayed at was very large and spacious. The floors are heated in the winter which is a nice touch but the bedroom is freezing as there’s no heating. The automated communication system is difficult and I had to spam it in order to get a hold of a human that would actually work with me. Getting additional towels or other amenities you typically get from a hotel is very difficult because of the automated WhatsApp chat. Location is great and they provide coffee and creamer which was nice.

This place is great if you are doing the OG Sound of Music Tour as the meeting point is only a few minutes walk. Staff was wonderful and the breakfast buffet was great. Wonderful stay and we would stay again if back in Salzburg!
