Next to the hotel there is a very good restaurant that closed quite late, and that was great for me to eat well after a long trip at that late time."

She stayed to check us in, and throughout our stay was friendly and helpful, asking if we wanted housekeeping or an early breakfast on the day we left. "Clean well kept hotel with coffee shop and located in the middle of historic center of Alcalá de henares. Good comfortable stay, not far from the airport."
"Very helpful staff. Lady on the desk on my first evening I lost my key card, she was very helpful and understanding. Key card turned up next day, I must have pulled it out with my phone outside. Great location for me, access to the airport. Nice continental breakfast in the morning. Will stay there again."
"A lovely hotel just a short 15 minute walk from the centre and on the circular bus route to get to the bus and railway stations.
The only issue was the noisy groups of elderly travellers having breakfast in the morning. Although they were seated in a separate area, they decimated the breakfast buffet and made it unpleasant for other guests. It would have been much better if they had a separate buffet in their own area."

She was very attentive and patient, especially when the hotel was super busy and full. Stef was part of the staff and she was just so kind and helpful with anything I needed or my kids. "
