Two-storey house, located on the same shore of the beach, in a quiet and very pleasant environment, surrounded by the pine forest of Guardamar, through which you can access the town by walking in just five minutes. All rooms are exterior and have magnificent views. Due to its strategic location, the house is very well ventilated and is ideal for summer vacations. It also has a wood burning fireplace perfect for when winter comes.
