Legacy Villa #706 is A short walk to the beach.

Tucked in the heart of all the action. Just a short walk down the drive to the beach. Legacy Villas is set in the perfect spot. The villas at Legacy 706 is a cozy beach condo. There is no garage access. The garage is not included in the rental.

This beautiful unit has a King bed in the Master bedroom, a Queen bed in the 1st guest bedroom, and two (2) sets of bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom.

The patio doors allow direct access to the plush outdoor landscaping. You will also get to enjoy all the wonderful amenities during your stay. The Legacy Villa 706 is hidden just off the beaten path. Just a short walk to the beach, the Villas at Legacy offers two pools, a front fountain pool, and a second extra large zero entry pool, equipped with fountain spouts for the little ones.  It's located next to the kid's playground. The many walking paths will add a sense of adventure.  Maybe you are a fitness buff, so enjoy the fitness center while the kids take a swim. 

The Mississippi Gulf Coast offers the famous Coast Cuisine, courtesy of our many famous Gulf Coast Seafood Restaurants, feel like pressing your luck at the slots, or maybe you’re a high roller? Bring the family and stay and go play at one of the many casinos that line the twenty-seven miles of the Gulf of Mexico beaches.  Test your adventurous side at The new Premiere Finishline Extreme Go Karting & Ziplining. Enjoy the Coast Transit hopper, and the Ship Island Excursion. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. We were able to avoid much of the area traffic by using the service road to get to side roads leading to Walmart, Starbucks, and Edgewater mall. The unit itself was impeccable, comfortable, and spacious enough for our group of 6. The property manager was responsive when we texted to request parking passes and additional bracelets to access the pool. The check in instructions I was sent mentioned a garage, but this unit didn't have garage access. However, parking was just outside the front door, so lack of a garage was a non-issue. The pool was not overly crowded, and we had plenty of room to relax in the cabana and enjoy a swim. The unit even had a few board games in the cabinet, which was an unexpected perk.
