The service was exceptional!!! My complaint is about the reservations to the restaurants. I paid a lot of money to stay here to enjoy all the things offered and this was my birthday trip I took solo and could not get a reservation for any of the restaurants offered!! I was stuck with buffets all trip long and the jerk stand. Highly disappointed!!!!!! Also the hot tub was not available it was out of service being worked on they said. I do not stay at hotels that don’t offer a hot tub so this will be my first and last time at this resort. Also this is suppose to be a home away from home… we should be able to control heat in our rooms. I froze all trip!!!! I’m anemic and always cold. The heat is my friend. When it’s in the low 60s wind blowing crazy…. I need HEAT!!! I was highly disappointed about that as well!!! I was given an extra blanket but that is so thin it does nothing. Do better!! Thanks
