"Big space, clean, pool and hut tub, enough rooms and beds. Can’t get a better deal than this for any big group, especially if you’re traveling to Zion or Bryce area. Or even Sand hollow SP. location is only an hour away from the national parks and me and my friends had a wonderful time here. Quinn was on top of everything to provide us with quick assistance and also helped with the price a little bit. And allowed us to check out few hours later cause we got there late. Best service I’ve seen from a host. Will go again and definitely recommend. "

"Ironically, we past this condo development on a previous trip to Ivins & thought it would be a great place to stay for our next trip there. I was really pleased to see this pop up in Expedia! It is in a remote area so A) It's very quiet B) It's a fabulous place to star gaze C) It is next to a small lake that you can walk around & or fish if you like. The condo is pretty well stocked, kitchen-wise; a nice size patio; multiple levels for the bedrooms which gave a lot of privacy. It was clean & welcoming. I'd definitely stay here again"

"Breathtaking mountain and desert views from the floor to ceiling windows. Striking sunrises and sunsets. Nature, comfort, room to stretch out and a well appointed kitchen. Very spacious home with modern conveniences and a truly luxurious master bath with a deep tub perfect for soaking after a day of hiking on the many local trails. Highly recommend the property and highly recommend the host - an unforgettable experience."

"This location is in a quiet part of Ivins with a beautiful view of the red rocks. The set up is perfect. Sun on the pool all day during the spring. Pool, putting green, and house were great. There is a really nice park with tennis and basketball close. Owners are very responsive. Highly recommend this place. "
