"Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming and informative. We were using a wheelchair and the hotel made adjustments to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The food was lovely no complaints & a beautiful little spa unit with all the amenities. Special Thankyou to, Giovanni, Tanisha, Abina (front desk who were always willing to assist, no matter the time) & Blair. I would definitely recommend GCH hotel, It’s the small personal touches that make it ‘Home from Home’. Thankyou for a lovely and memorable stay and most of all for ensuring that travelling with a wheelchair user we never felt excluded or an inconvenience. "

"Need to have a true refrigerator instead of a cooler in the rooms Microwave should be there as part of the amenities even though one was provided upon request A gift shop with basic necessities would have been good Everything else was absolutely fantastic, will definitely recommend this hotel"
