This hotel used to be great but now it’s not, the rooms are fairly big but the showers leak through to the floors, bed linens have stains on them.Some days there is no maid service. The showers are plain ridiculous, the showers are all glass see through which is in not good as the majority of visitors are families with kids. If you wish to take a shower you have to ask your family to vacate the room. Breakfast buffet is mediocre at best. Waitress service is slow and you have to wait at least 45 minutes to get your meal. I had a few suitcases with me there was no bell hop for two days, I had to move my luggage, they did allow me to use trolley. The staff at the front desk are nice, especially the young woman Rohini, she was super helpful. This hotel charges American prices but the rooms are not up to par. Good luck if you plan to stay there.

This hotel is approximately 4 miles from Georgetown which is very convenient. I have stayed here four times starting in 2007 however there is a decline in the maintenance of the building. The room door in room 547 is broken and it will not close properly. The room I am currently in, the shower is leaking next to the bed. The post for my balcony rail is rotted and unsafe. The tiles around the pool is falling off and the stainless steel step into the pool is broken…

The staff was really good but the hotel needs to hire more people because everyone seemed overwhelmed with the amount of work and orders for drinks and food. Our room was not cleaned until late in the afternoon, one of the sinks was not working, they ran out of towels for room and pool area. On weekends the locals buy a pass for the pool and therefore the pool is so crowded guests do not want to go in and there is no room for them except for the deep end. I loved the location and the staff was really trying but the hotel needs to be renovated to be up to standard. Also they should have people come in to work at night to paint and sand because workers were actively sanding and painting in lobby area whilst guests were trying to get around, at one point guest had to shout at them to stop so we can get out of elevator.

Convenient location. But need to be cleaned up and updated. There is ongoing construction all around. The hotel staff are great. The restaurant wait staff have a lot to improve on.
