"The room was clean, breakfast was always good and the view is what we liked the most"

"It was a quaint, lovely, cozy property with all I needed for a comfortable stay."

"I liked the themed rooms. Had some concerns about the reservation details and staff was very responsive by email. Would definitely stay here again"

"Great A-frame. Not much hot water in the shower but everything else was great."

"Everything was perfect; perfect location for a fishing trip to Webster Springs would definitely stay there again"

"I am glad I brought mt own cleaning supplies and a broom, so much dust, hair and what ever else was in the floor. There was no towels provided and a 1/2 roll of toilet paper, the TV didnt work and internet connection kept kicking us off. The electric outlets hung out of the wall and light switched sparked and only worked after several attempts like they were on a shorter fuse or something. We were there visiting elderly family. The underside of one of the chairs had mold and the loft was so hot...

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, sheets crisp. Beautiful setting and nice amenities."

"We really enjoyed our stay! Quiet and private, but at the same time accessible and close to activities. Big enough and equipped for families!"

"Lovely, relaxing, next time I will bring my fishing poles"

"Loved the spacious room size and bathroom size! The pool was phenomenal! Great help at the front desk at the hotel on top of the mountain and bottom! It was a wonderful place to stay and economical for me and my son! We will be back sometime just not sure when. "

"Great location. Excellent amenities. Wonderful host. "

"Sutton was an old coal and lumber town. Now is abandoned. the owner of this place is trying to to save some of the grandeur it once enjoyed .The hotel has 2 buildings and the decor in both of them is amazing It is a really relaxing place. The hostess is a coal miners daughter that keeps the West Virginia charm. The innkeeper is from Colombia. He serves a strong colombian coffee and delicious arepas. What a combination ,never expect it .Help this people save part of history"

"Beautiful restored home with very good restaurant "

"Great location, had everything needed for a nice ski weekend"
