“Amazing view of snow capped mountains from our room. A very comfortable, clean room with a balcony. If heating is needed, a heater can be hired per day. Hot water can be a bit slow to begin but does heat up. The staff here were amazing and my thanks to all. Excellent room service and kitchen/restaurant staff who kept us very well fed. The front desk staff were always helpful, friendly and polite. Loved the firepit and live entertainment. The hotel is out of the way in the older area in an apple……

“It was highly inconvenient and the manager is highly disrespectful.They took the whole money before hand and we did not even stay there for the whole trip and checked out a day earlier and they didn’t refund a penny.. food was disgusting.. toilets clogged and food leaking .. highly unhygienic and stinky place .. I came all the way from Canada and I highly regret my decision. No courtesy .”

“We had horrible experience overall staying at this hotel.
Cons:
- The road leading to the hotel is extremely narrow, making it nearly impossible to reach by car. It’s only suitable for those traveling by bike or on foot, so plan accordingly.
- Heaters are not included in the rooms and are only available for an additional Rs. 600, which is inconvenient, especially in cold weather.
- The breakfast buffet was disappointing in both variety and quality. It’s surprising this hotel has a 3-star……

“It was a beautiful memory after staying in hotel vintage. I have traveled many places in India but this is the best hotel service I have ever experienced till now.
Assigned person "Dipankar" from hotel end was at his best performance to serve guests. if we need his prompt action amazed us. he takes care everyday we have had lunch, dinner properly or not.
