"This property should not be , in my opinion, on this site . This feels like someone’s apartment that rents out rooms . It’s super messy , disorganized. I arrived early and a guy sleeping on the sofa told me to come back at 3pm. He said I would have bed 3 . When I can back at 4pm , I went to bed 3 but that was in use , a random guy told me to use bed 4 but that bed was not made up . I was so turned off I just left even though I had pre paid . "

"Even though most rooms are shared, it is very private. When I used the bathroom or kitchen there were rarely people, so it was really relaxed. Richard is also very friendly and always ready to help! If I ever come back to Seoul I would stay here again :)"

"立地は明洞から徒歩15分程度で良かったですが、トイレ共用で女子専用トイレは3階にしかありません。二つあるトイレのうち一つはトイレットペーパーが使えず、もう一つは便座が壊れており座ると外れてしまいます。トイレとシャワー室が同じ所にあり、更に扉に鍵がついていないため、誰が入ってくるかわからず怖かったです。シャワー室もカーテンで隔てられているだけで着替え等置くスペースもありません。 2階は共有スペースがありますが、宿泊した際明け方まで外国人の人が話しており声が筒抜けでうるさくて全く眠れませんでした。布団や枕も家で使っているもののような感じで清潔さは感じられません。フリードリンクサービスは良き。立地は悪くないので、ただ寝るだけと考えての宿泊なら問題ないかと思いますが、安全面等考慮するとおすすめはできません。 "

"We did not check in at this location. The rooms were noticably dirty and smelly. Insects were visible and sheets were stained. An alternative room had similar problems with smells and cleanliness. Hotel management continues to be evasive and has not responded to Expedia requests for a refund. Will be escalating my complaints. "

"This hotel is new and the room is spacious. It is like a well managed service apartment, and our were extremely comfortable stay. Our room is equipped with great appliances that top any hotels I have ever stayed. The AC, air purying, fridges, kitchen appliances are all stylishly new. My favourite is the "ironing/drying" cabinet! Location is very strategic between Myeong-dong and Dondaemon (Gwanjang market is 12-15mins walk), and with Gwanghwamun to the North, it is ideal and value for money for the brand new building, spacious room and thoughtfully design and build hotel that ensure a very comfort stay. The only thing is the hotel is within a local electronic supplies zone, full of hardware shops, spare parts supplies for local workmen - so it isn't touristy as you may expect. I would highly recommend. "

"Room was extremely quiet even though I was on the 12th floor. Room had all amenities and the area had lots of restaurants. Staff is friendly and kind. Concierge helped make a phone call to a store which saved me a trip as the item was out of stock. I appreciated the help as I don’t speak Korean. I will return to this hotel. "
