“The townhouse was exactly as listed. It was clean and had all the essentials. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. Our dog also enjoyed her stay. There are steep (uncarpeted) stairs to get upstairs to the bedrooms, so be sure that everyone in your group ( including the dog) is able to handle stairs. A great weekend away. ”

The location was central to her house in Camden, the beaches in Rehoboth and nature/marsh/beaches of southern Delaware Bay. We really enjoyed getting ice cream and walking the riverwalk. The house itself was fantastic!! It is an old house so be aware of that. We actually appreciated the character and charm that the history added to the experience over a 'new' property. “The house by Jim was great! It is newly renovated, the appliances are new, and the property is very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent! it is near Rehoboth and Dewey so you can get sun and relaxing beach time during the day and an energetic bar scene at night. The house is on a quiet road that is easy to get to and close to super markets and many stores on the main road so that you can get anything you may have forgotten to bring.
