"Overall quite a comfortable stay. Pillows were too flat for liking. And perhaps due to the high volume of guests over the festive period, they didn't have extra pillows at request, and ran out of sugar sachets at breakfast. Shower was nice and warm, pressure was great."

"Even though I did my reservation in advance, they didn't have a room available upon my arrival. The person in charged walked me two blocks away to a building with rooms. The building was dirty and smeelly. No signs, no security regulations, elevators malfunctioning, everyone smoking all over the places, walls filtty and dirty. The room too smelly. It was too cold, that was the only reason I ended up staying. Didn't feel leaving the place to try to find another hotel. Breakfast was delivered in plastic bags. It was the worse experience ever. Don't understand how Expedia works with this type of hotels."
