There was coffee for a few days, lots of coffee filters, some chips for snacks, a couple of water bottles in the "frige" and a hair dryer in the bathroom. There were some starter shampoo packages and small soaps - enough to get you started until you get to the Dollar General. The bed was comfortable. It's a good setup for the price point. The bathroom is small, but functional in a basic way. A hand-towel hook or holder and a hand-held shower head are the 2 basic improvements I would suggest as really helpful for guests and maybe a longer shower curtain. It met our needs and the price was attractive. We contacted the property owner when the internet was out and he got right on it right away and got us reconnected. Only drawback was that the property is right on a busy highway going through town. My only complaint was the slight odor of cigarette smoke. It seemed fresh, so I’m not sure if it was a recent guest or housekeeping, but it detracted from the stay.
