"Amazing hotel beautiful location, lovely grounds. The staff were really lovely and helpful, with everything they gave us a map to Harry Potter as the hotel is a Perfect location if you are visiting the Warner brothers studio. It’s a 20 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride for £6\. There is Nothing else in the area to do, however, you can visit the town of Watford, which is a 10minute taxi ride away £10\. Lots of pubs and restaurants "

"Lift was out of order and was placed on 5th floor. I had a lot of luggage to drag up 5 flights. The air con was not working and room was so stuffy. It apparently was controlled from reception. Toilet continuous flowing after flush. Had to pump the button to get it to stop. Pillows are hard but bed was comfy. Reception should have informed me about the lift and offered help. Their response to any negative comments was always. Oh and a shrug... "
