"Easy to find and access was good with the owners help as the door was hard to get open. The property had a lot of junk laying all over the place. Fishing was available but the dock was a nightmare and very dangerous with most of the boards loose or coming up and or missing and broken. The trailer was not cleaned as there was dead bugs and dirt on the floor and area carpets. If he paid anyone he got ripped off. There was one pan for cooking and we would not have been able to eat there if my wife...
