“Callum the owner met us and gave us the tour. Room was spacious with views of the fields, with en suite and quirky furnishing. Spotless throughout. Breakfast was self service which was fine for us. Parking was in an open area across the road, again, fine. Bit of road noise but we were at the back so not troubled by it. About 10 minutes from Darlington which has plenty of pubs and restaurants to choose from and free parking in the evening. I would stay again. ”
