The 3 bedrooms upstairs were enough for our family of 8, and we did not have to use a small bedroom by the kitchen. Convienient location as the trail entrance was about 7mins drive. "Great location. Pull into the driveway and unload your machine. You won’t need your pickup truck again until it’s time to go back home. You can ride your ATV/ sXs on the roads here and be on Outlaw or Hatfield McCoy trails in a few minutes. Very close to Wilmore dam as well. Less than 10 minutes. "If you are wanting to ride the Hatfield-McCoy trail system this is the place for you. Easy access to Warrior, Pinnacle, Indian Ridge, and Pocahontas. Very clean, roomy, and tons of extras. This is not a small cabin to get by. If you need a break one day from ridding the trails this is a great place to lounge around."

The trailer situation is quite ridiculous, as it states a 24’ trailer will fit on the property, this is true but not without messing your trailer up.
